On April 23, 2020, Baudax Bio, Inc. issued a press release announcing two virtual poster presentations highlighting new ANJESO^™ injection data at the 45^th Annual Regional Anesthesiology and Acute Pain Medicine Meeting, hosted by the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and incorporated herein by reference.
